SHIPPING

Express Shipping: within 1-3 full business days after the order is shipped. Business days are considered to be business days from Monday to Friday.

Click & Collect – In Tlaquepaque, Jalisco , it is free. Orders are delivered to the Tlaquepaque Gallery within a period of no more than 48 hours.

*In high sales season, the period of 3 to 5 days is extended to 5 to 7 business days.

Same Day Shipping: Delivery will be made the same day the order is created as long as it is made before 1:00 p.m.

Next Day Shipping: Delivery will be made the day after the order is created, that is, 24 hours later as long as it is made before 1:00 p.m.

NOTE: ALL PIECES WILL BE SUBJECTED TO REVIEW BY OUR MASTER ENGRAVER TO KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO ENGRAVING, SINCE NOT ALL PIECES CAN BE ENGRAVED DUE TO THEIR DESIGN OR DIMENSIONS, IF YOUR PIECE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ENGRAVING, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH YOU TO INFORM YOU.
